Aata Mixing
Raw material is mixed in the mixer to prepare uniform dough.
Conveyor Feeding
Prepared dough is automatically transferred to the conveyor.
Piler Filling
Dough moves from the conveyor to the feeder column.
Sensor Based Dosing
Sensors control the dough quantity according to the set gram.
40 Die Filling
Automatic system fills 40 die cavities equally.
Die Closing
Upper and lower dies close automatically.
Heating & Steam Cooking
11 heaters and steam system cook cups evenly.
Automatic Cutting
Excess dough is trimmed for smooth finishing.
Die Opening
The die opens after the heating cycle.
Automatic Cup Ejection
Finished cups are automatically ejected.
